Alles zeer schoon.
Sleutelbox is lastig te bereiken.

The terrace is a plus and gives you more room to use during the summer. (If the weather allows)
Maybe some hooks you could use to hang up some towels in the bathroom. Also better to have a dishwasher instead of a washing machine.

The location in the 11th was great. The shower and bathroom were modern and stylish. The outdoor patio was a nice addition of space.
The bed setup was challenging for two people. The person against the wall had to crawl over the other person to get in and out of the bed. The bathroom needs a towel rack or hooks to hang things up.
