Room was a good size with decent air con. Helpful and friendly staff who let us leave luggage before and after check in. Varied continental buffet at breakfast. Close to the bus station. Only negative was the shower head kept falling off so you had to hold it. It’s about 10 mins walk to the centre. Overall a good choice for a short stay in Pula

Had a bad start to this stay as the hill view room we were booked in was occupied when we arrived, This was a little concerning as we walked into a room where someone was staying (they were not in at the time). We were then moved to an apartment room which was nice although the WiFi did not work very well.
The staff quickly refunded the difference in room price and they were very apologetic and helpful.
The room we had was clean and comfortable with a good bed and bathroom.
The breakfast offering at the hotel was terrible with a lack of staff on hand and a poor selection. This really does need to be improved as it is very basic and let the stay down.
Hotel has good free parking and is a 20 min walk from the centre of Pula.

The hotel staff was excellent. The breakfast very good. The hotel is on a busy road about a mile or more from city center so a 25 minute walk. There is no air conditioning or fans so the warm nights can be difficult.

We arrived early off our flight with two very tired young children, luckily our room was ready and the staff were really friendly and helpful checking us in and getting and the bags to the room. Kids fell straight to sleep under the ac in the room. Lovely walking distant to everything we were staying in pula to see.
Only issue we found was no door between the bedroom and living area so when the kids went bed we couldn’t shut the door
