Basement unit with one bedroom and laundry room. Good enough for one person or a couple.Lots of space with enough closets to hang clothes. Location was a short drive from stores and restaurants.Only criticism was the stove needs to be replaced.Thank you to the host for allowing me to extend my stay for a few days.

Nice place for a quick stay

I will preface this review by saying that overall, the property was good, and I would be open to staying there again. Having said that, there were some issues:1. My checkin was at 4:00, and despite advising that I would arrive at approximately 5:40, the host was not available to give me keys, and I waited for 15 minutes for him to arrive. There was a lockbox on the front door, but he insisted he had to manually deliver the keys.2. Upon checkin, when he let me in, he rushed around plugging in the refrigerator which was sitting with the doors open, almost like he wasn't expecting a guest. (I had booked weeks prior)3. There were very little supplies. Despite having a washer and dryer, there were no supplies (detergent, etc) to actually do laundry. 4. I had to ask for a garbage bag, and for Wifi information. There are no check in or check out instructions.5. Probably the biggest problem was that the bed itself was incredibly uncomfortable. It had a very thin pillow top mattress laid on top of what felt like a solid rock. Almost impossible to sleep.Issues 1-4 are easily rectified, I think. Issue #5 is something that would cause me to not rent here again, unless there was a better mattress/bed for sleeping.Again, I'd like to say that unit was nice, and clean, and I think that this would be a good place to stay if more attention was given to the above issues. The neighbourhood was quiet, and very pleasant.
