Nice quiet location. Slept like a baby.nice and clean.
Wi fi was slow. Until I moved the modem to the front bedroom. Then everything good. Will definitely book again if available when I visit Southampton

The proximity to St. Deny Station and relative quiet of the area.
The bathroom can do with a facelift. The windows in the kitchen/living room could not be opened for proper ventilation. The sofa bed was quite fragile to handle.
