The location for this rental couldn’t be any better. It is truly in the heart of old town one street of the main road, which gets quite busy, but it was quiet and really beautiful. The parking and unloading was a little tricky, but it would be anywhere in that area, it was great to have parking at the hotel across the street provided. The apartment is on the ground floor and is cute, clean and well maintained. For a family of four we had to use the pull out sofa, which took up most of the living room and was not very comfortable, but they rarely are and we knew that two of us would be on that. It was worth it to be able to step outside and be in such a beautiful, vibrant area that we could easily explore on foot all day. I’d absolutely return.

Wonderful location!

We highly recommend Fabrice and his place to anyone who wants to be in the middle of things but set back just enough to have a quiet night's sleep. It is really perfect for two adults and one or two children who can sleep on the pull-out couch. The evenings were a bit warm but the cross ventilation with fans - front to back of apartment was sufficient to cool it off nicely.The Hôtel de Ville parking was super convenient. It is a 2-3 minute walk from the apartment. So convenient that we did not hesitate to drive out to attractions and restaurants beyond the old city. Normally of course you would park your car and walk the old city for the duration of your stay. Of note: the parking has a 1.8 meter height restriction. Just below 6 feet for those of you in the US. This was not an issue for our compact VW SUV.We highly recommend this place and Fabrice. Hopefully it will be available for our next visit!

In a great location. Easy to get to places around Old Town. Great restaurants near by & the pizza place was excellent. Had everything we needed. I would defiantly stair there again!
