Gardez votre argent

Never ever book this place

Here’s your review rewritten clearly and naturally, while keeping your experience and tone strong: --- I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this host from start to finish. When we first arrived at the property, before we even went inside, the host asked if we wanted to change it, which immediately confused us. Once we entered, it became clear why — the place was in a terrible condition. The pillows were yellow, had a strong unpleasant smell, and nothing seemed clean. There were also a lot of flies in the kitchen. It was completely unacceptable. I contacted the host immediately, and he offered us a different property. We went there, and while it was slightly better, it was still not clean. The bed sheets and pillowcases clearly hadn’t been changed — they smelled strongly and even had hairs on them. We called again and asked for fresh sheets, but instead of resolving the issue, he told us to move to another room. At this point, we were extremely tired after flying from Brisbane, but we agreed. Unfortunately, nothing improved. The smell was still unbearable, and it was impossible to sleep. I messaged him explaining everything, but not once did he apologise or show any understanding. He simply said the booking was non-refundable and offered no solution. We ended up contacting customer service, but still did not receive a refund. On top of that, we had to urgently find and book another hotel the same day, which was very stressful and expensive. To make matters worse, the first property did not match the photos provided at all. Overall, this was a very unprofessional experience. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards, there was no accountability from the host, and no effort was made to fix the situation. We spent a lot of money expecting a comfortable stay, but instead it completely ruined our trip. I would not recommend staying here.
