Amazing breakfast! I needed to start with that 😋. Plenty of healthy options to start your day! The staff is very friendly and eager to help. The gym is well-equipped- not an abundance of machines, but enough to move the entire body, and the sports massage was really professional (sorry, I forgot his name).
1. For a 5* sports resort, the swimming pool is rather "okish". Length: 25 m, only 2 lanes, depth: 1.60 m, no swimming accessories like kickboards, pull buoys, fins, or snorkeling sets, not even swim vests or floating armbands for kids or less experienced swimmers.
2. The local taxi companies are not reliable. Take at least an extra 30 min into account when you make taxi reservations, so you can be on time for the activities you booked in the region.
3. The hotel app is not working properly (at least not in sept 2026).

The hotel is very nice and the room is wide and beautifully designed, the shower and the towels are amazing, the Gym is wonderful.
there is a sewage scent that occasionally get out from the restroom, they send a guy with a spray but it does not work, the bad scent return after a while. The kitchen is nice but sparsely equipped.
