Mattress is good. Host was cooperative and communicative. Apartment has all necessities.
The apartment needs serious plumbing work and deep cleaning to eliminate the smell since it's on ground floor. There can be more attention to detail.

Location was easily accessible. The building was nice.
The apartment wasn't being maintained by the host. Termites inside, Smelly and unhygienic washroom. Broken table, Dirty carpets. Not for families
