This was a splendid 3 day stay. The self contained studio was comfy, clean, and modern.
This is perfect for a couple who need a small space that somehow feels uncluttered and open enough for you to comfortably share.
I cant reccomend this place enough, thank you to the hosts Donna and David for a superb space for my three day getaway.

We first stayed in Alver Lodge in 2025 and liked it so much we came back this year. We found the hosts to be helpful and accommodating to our timetable.
The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.
We came to Lee-on-Solent to visit friends, and would not hesitate to stay here again on future visits..
We visited on a warm weekend and the room can get very hot. The hosts had provided a fan, which helped, but a larger one might be worth it for really hot days.

It was small, cozy and the communication with the owners was straight forward and friendly. 💯 percent recommended.
