Fantastic grounds and views. Saw several deer on both days as they came to eat crab apples. And early one morning, before the heat came, we saw a porcupine climbing into the crown of a tree! We loved the cottage. Hot water was fantastic and the lighting and natural sunlight in the cottage were great.
The futon might not be comfortable for those who need more support but luckily we had our camping air mattresses since we had just finished 5 days of camping.

Lovely cottage very well appointed. Quiet setting with a fabulous view. Good hiking at nearby nature preserve. Attentive host.

Beautiful setting in a cozy cabin with view off of deck. It had abundance of kitchen items. Books and magazines to read. The bed was very comfortable. Owner and his staff were really nice.

The view was amazing and our granddaughter loves the campy cottage vibe
Darker shades to keep out morning light would be nice
