Perfect little piece of paradise. Our 5 day stay at the villa was peaceful, restful and luxurious. Quite possibly the most relaxing stay we have had anywhere. Everything was beautiful, from the immaculate villa to the superb pool, the tranquil view over the port and the high tech facilities. Couldn't fault anything.

Recommend a hire car but this place really is a piece of heaven in the Kos town hills. Location, concierge, George (onsite manager) and villia itself which is perfectly equipped for your holiday needs. Nothing was a problem and we intend to revisit soon!

Akres is such a beautiful place to stay in Kos with amazing views across Kos, the sea and onto Turkey & Pserimos - the sunset view was one of the best on the island! Perfect location and can access Kos Town within 5 minutes, with lots of local taxis available to book as well. The villas are really well designed and thought through, the photos don’t do it justice! There is plenty of space inside and a pool area that is larger than it looks. There are 8 villas in the complex but there is lots of space with thoughtful planting and greenery between each villa. The villa stayed in was unfortunately a lot more shaded than the other villas on the complex with no sun on any of the patio from about 11am. This may be due to time of year and position of the sun, but it would be worth this being noted and outlined on the booking page. The communication before and during the stay was excellent - George the villa manager was always on hand for anything needed and would always stop to chat. One small thing, there was minimal cooking utensils in the villa (pots, pans, grater, peeler, garlic press etc) and probably a few more glasses needed. However the use of a blender, nespresso, coffee filter and air fryer were an added bonus. We would defintely return to Akres but book a villa with more sun coverage.
