This place was great! Clean, well put together, cute and had basic necessities. Great location if you want to be in the mist of the city.

Overall, our stay was good, and the flat was clean and generally as advertised. The location worked well for our visit, and the property itself was comfortable enough for a short stay.There were, however, a few inconveniences that future guests should be aware of. The check-in process requires guests to pick up the key from a hostel located a couple of kilometers away and across the river from the flat. While this was manageable upon arrival, the bigger issue was check-out. We had an early flight and had to return the key at approximately 5:00 a.m., which added extra travel time and inconvenience to an already early trip to the airport. It would have been much more convenient if guests were allowed to leave the key in the flat upon departure.Another consideration is that the flat is located directly above a fire station and ambulance station in a courtyard. Emergency vehicle alarms, announcements, and sirens occur throughout the day and night. When the windows are open, the noise is especially noticeable and may be disruptive for light sleepers.Another disappointment was the television. The listing photos clearly show a TV, but it was not connected or functional during our stay. While this may not matter to every traveler, we had hoped to relax in the evenings and watch the news or, in our case, World Cup matches. If a television is featured in the listing photos, it would be reasonable for guests to expect it to be operational.Despite these issues, the flat was clean

We enjoyed our stay at this roomy apartment in Dublin! The property is just a few blocks outside the most touristy area of Temple Bar. While the apartment is on a busy street near a fire station it was surprisingly quiet!The apartment is well equipped to make some simple meals though it lacks a coffee maker. We found some very good instant coffee at the market and used the kettle. The beds were comfortable as was the living area.Obtaining and returning the key required a walk to a hostel office that was a bit long if you are towing your bag. An electronic lock situation would be much better. Overall we would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.
