The house was spacious & ideal for our group celebrating a Sweet 16 getaway. There’s a lot of hang out space so we weren’t all on top of each other, and enough bedrooms for privacy. The kitchen & three bathrooms were modern, featuring beautiful, new fixtures.However, we had an ant problem in the kitchen. Living nearby in Sarasota, I know ants are a part of life, but the situation was worse than expected. Despite spraying the counters upon arrival, ants continued to appear around the kitchen - everywhere. We tried to keep even shelf stable food in the refrigerator, but some items still got ants inside them. Bringing this up to the owner, she apologized and said “feel free” to keep spraying & that they’ll bomb the house after our stay.Also found some areas not properly cleaned. Back door was left unlocked, & a hose was on, running into the pool, a bit odd. Dust & dog hair on garbage can, floors, & dining table, showed a lack of thorough cleaning. Owner explained previous guests had an unauthorized dog & that her pregnant house cleaner had tried her best. While I sympathize, paying over 300 a night 250 cleaning fee, I expected more attention to cleanliness or an offer of some of the cleaning fee returned. I didn’t rent so I could be cleaning and exterminating ants upon arrival on my vacation.Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect for quick drives to the beaches & local hangout spots. Would still recommend the property & stay again.

Great house! Lots of room and close to Sanibel.

April was great to work with and was very responsive. Location was great with restaurants within walking distance. House was clean, pool was wonderful with a beautiful fenced in yard. Very quiet neighborhood. 10 mins to the beach. Definitely would stay here again.
