Very easy booking and instructions. Well managed and easy communication (with help of google translate). Perfect for daily travel around Tokyo and set in a good little area with places to eat, convenience stores (eg 7-11) and very near to the local train station. Rooms were very clean and the apartment was well furnished with everything you would need for cooking and eating at home or getting takeaway. We didn't use the washing machine but was good to have one in case needed.
