It is newly renovated and clean. The beds are comfortable and it is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Derek is a very friendly host and took care of the missing items on the same day (thank you!) The general area is nice and good for walking. There is a Publix in 10 min walking distance.
The property itself (there are several units of long term tenants, it seems) is sadly not well kept or cleaned. Outside chairs are dirty and cushions are mouldy. Not very inviting to sit there. It is by a road that can be quite busy at times. The washer/dryer is in between this the next unit which is currently a building site, the door to that doesn‘t have a proper lock.

Clean, comfortable and great location! Decor was lovely and well presented. Home was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay.
