The apartment is located at a newly built high rise building close to a small shopping mall where you Dan find anything you need (Supermarket, Pharmacy, Bakery, restaurants,…) The apartment is on the 12th floor with a very nice view across the city - it is new, nicely furnished, was very clean and has everything you need for short to medium stay (washing machine, kitchen with all the basics, hairdryer, a small desk to work, etc), A good shower with a separate toilet, etc. I would only recommend it for up to 2 people - not recommended for families since there is only a double bed available). There was a second set of bedding and towels available so it’s possible to wash dirty towels and bedding for longer stays.

Parking can be a real problem. The tower has probably around 100 apartments and only a handful (maybe 10) at red already occupied. There is a parking garage but it is not available for this apartment, do street parking (very limited is the only option. Once more apartments will be occupied, this will become a real challenge. The mattress is VERY uncomfortable, my wife and I had immediately back pain - we staid for 5 days and this really took away some of the points since to us Sleep and cleanliness are the most important things, everything else comes afterwards. I found it also quite concerning that there was no topper and only a bed sheet (which is too small for the size of the bed - so it moves constantly and exposes the mattress), available- so the mattress is exposed and will get filthy very fast. The water faucet in the bathroom is too short so you end up drowning the top of the sink constantly. Small things that can easily be fixed- without I give it a 7 stars (SLEEP QUALUTy - if fixed, this is 9/10 apartment one one of the best in Chisinau.
