The location is great, in a quiet residential area. This is a suite on the back side of a house with private entrance, recently remodeled with modern fixtures, tile shower, bidet, heated floors in bathroom. Refrigerator and microwave in bathroom.
There is no temperature control and I was frequently cold, they provide a space heater.
FYI they ask for no shoes inside and no TP flushed. This is not a hotel, you are cleaning yourself and taking out your own trash.
