Perfect location - city with it's historical sightseeing places is just nearby, few minutes walk till local shops, restaurants and city center. 15-20 minutes to walk to train and bus station. Kitchen with all needed and a fridge, available two bathrooms. Everything was clean in the common areas, nice and modern rooms. Instructions for check-in and check-out were simple, clear and just-in-time. Tenants were quiet. Great place for a short-term stay with a budget price.
Lack of space in the room. Old narrow steep spiral stairway leading to the second floor should be renovated and obviously uncomfortable for visitors with suitcases. Two or three hooks for towels and personal clothes hanging on the wall in the bathroom would really be useful and some rag or a mop to collect the water after taking a shower also.

"Everything was clean, new, and functional, and having two available bathrooms was a big plus. I communicated with the owners through messages, and they were kind and helpful. The location is excellent..."
