The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious with great views. The hosts were very informative, speedy with any replies to questions. They even had books and games for use if required. We all agreed would defiantly stay here again for work of with friends and family.

If we had to pick anything it would be that it is a bit away from anything (but there is a bus a 3 minute walk from apartment) and the bath towels were a little but small. (this is being very picky)

Instructions on how to collect keys were sent in a pre arrival document. This included location and parking instructions. The guidance was clear and accurate. We entered the property on first attempt. The property is on the 7th floor with views of Arthurs Seat, the Castle and the bridges. The apartment is spacious, beds are comfortable and two of the three rooms have ensuite. The kitchen has all the necessary facilities for self catering. Lots of good food outlets close by. The lounge has comfortable settees. The landlord has provided multiple copies of brochures on what to do in Edinburgh. We visited HMY Britannia (it is brilliant)and in the same location is a free car park. This is just over a mile from the apartment. We left the car in the car park all day and caught the tram to Princes Street. We caught a bus from Princes St up the Mound which made walking to the Castle much easier (especially if you are elderly). Brilliant stay, will look again on next visit to Edinburgh.

Found trying to watch live TV in lounge impossible (could not find out how to select live tv) but did find out how to use wifi and internet programmes. This was not a real issue for us.

On entering the apartment it is very spacious . It is showing signs of being a bit tired but was adequate for our needs for one night. There was a local bus just across the road that took us into the city . Very good communication from the owner with a very helpful link to an online guide book . We ate at the Pier House restaurant- fabulous food .

Good amount of space, lovely home, great facilities

The only thing I could say about the property is that it’s kind of far away from things that I would enjoy doing but I knew that before booking it and I was still really happy
