・リフォームされた内装、気持ちがよい。
・洗濯機乾燥機が便利。
・地のものを買ってきてすぐに味見ができるので、キッチンが便利。
・食器、調理器具が揃い使いやすい。
・コーヒーメーカー、コーヒー豆まである。
・路面電車の駅からすぐ。（見つけづらいが）
・ガラス美術館は近い
・コーヒー豆まであるので紅茶か緑茶もあるか期待して全部の扉を空けてしまいました。ないです。
・シャワー水圧がめちゃくちゃ弱い。
・湯船も洗い場も狭いので子供を一緒に入れるのは結構大変だった。
・ホテル慣れした人向けではない。ルームサービスやコンシェルジュはないので、必要なことは自分で検索し解決できる人向け。
・ホテルのように日中も満喫できる施設ではない。日当たりや見晴らしがよいわけじゃないから
・タクシーで来るのは難しい（路面電車が便利）

This homestay is only four stops by tram from Toyama JR station, and may be assessable by foot if needed. It is also equipped with a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee brewer, water kettle, so it is easy to prepare breakfast or nighttime snacks if needed. The owner is very helpful, and will offer assistance if needed. There is also a Lawson convenient store within walking distance. There is also a parking space next to the homestay if you are coming by car.
To enter the front door you have to climb a lot of stairs, so beware if you have large, heavy suitcases.

The place was clean and well stocked. The shower and the washer / dryer were wonderful and I wish i had them at home.
The stairs were steep and did not have a railing so you would need to be careful if you have young children. There was a gate at the top to stop you from falling down the stairs in the middle of the night.
