Great location and the place is well maintained. I also liked that it was very quiet.

Great for a family that’s sharing as there’s only one bathroom.
Community/neighbours in the apartment block get noisy.
Worth cleaning the exterior of the property.

The apartment is close to amenitities .
The process of getting the keys was really frustrating and long . We had not bee alerted that one needs to go and register and importantly where . The apartment is stuffy . The stuffiness is the 1st thing that hits you when you walk in . we tried to spray but it was too strong .
