Maison d'hôtes de Xavier

Logement confortable et très bien situé à proximité du tram et d’une rue commerçante, un Intermarché, un glacier, des bars … vous pouvez faire beaucoup à pieds. Checkin autonome grâce à un code d’accès et très bonne communication avec Xavier avant le séjour. Super rapport qualité-prix, ma chambre était confortable avec un grand lit double, télé, micro-ondes, machine à café Senseo et une bouilloire. Il y a également une petite table et deux chaises pour travailler. Un petit balcon était dispo. La chambre était au calme, côté jardin, même si le tram passe juste devant, cela n'est pas dérangeant. Je n’hésiterai pas à le recommander et y loger à nouveau dans le futur lors d’un prochain voyage business.

Juste pour que le séjour soit encore plus parfait, perso j'ajouterais une carafe d'eau à l'arrivée dans la chambre :)

The room was perfect for a 3 night stay in Brussels. Great connection to the city centre with the tram stop right outside the building. Great recommendations and information from the host. Beautiful room and building, everything you need for a short stay. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was great but the bed was slightly uncomfortable

The building is beautiful and the room is very spacious. Xavier was super kind and helpful. We slept very well and enjoyed our stay very much.

The house and room were beautiful. Big room, kitchen area, complementary coffee and tea, balcony, you name it. It looks like they put a lot of effort on decorating. Also, very conveniently located near the tram.

The textiles could have been better. The rug in the room needs some serious cleaning and some towels had holes in them. As for location, it’s a 20 minute tram ride to the city. Not super convenient, but I knew that beforehand. I could live with all of that if the staff had responded to my queries while I was there. They took a long time to respond every time. They offered recommendations for restaurants and shops that never came through. I had to ask for the same thing over and over. Communication was extremely difficult. More so since checking in and out is done by yourself. You don’t see anyone at any point during your stay. If that’s the case, at least someone should keep an eye on incoming messages to respond in a timely manner. I wouldn’t stay there again.
