Good value for money and easy connection to the centre of Paris (the line B RER station is a 5min walk from the apartment). The apartment itself is not very big but is comfortable for 2 and the outdoor space was a nice option as the weather was very warm. We appreciated the fridge/freezer to store frozen food. Access to the apartment was very easy. There is street parking outside (paying parking).

The apartment was clean overall but not spotless. It's advertised for up to 4 people but we were 3 and I am not certain that we could have unfolded the sofa bed to make a double bed for 4. There are only 2 chairs in the kitchen and glassware and kitchenware is very basic and mainly calculated for 2. Finally, be aware that the apartment backs the RER train line, so trains zoom pass the windows every 10min between 5.30am and midnight.
