Rented the flat to attend a conference at the ICC - so it was extremely close and convenient. There is also a secure parking garage opposite (which I discovered myself), which was helpful. The flat is spacious with a decent sized living room and kitchen.

The flat is in a state of poor repair, with broken/cracked windows, the toilet seat was missing a fitting and the towel rail was missing totally. The overall feel was that the cleaners did their best for a quick turnover, but the place needs a really deep clean and some proper maintenance. The bed was OK, but not great, fine for one but would be tight for 2 - and the bedside "lamps" were battery powered bulbs which emitted virtually zero light so were useless (more like night lights) - given the rental price, I feel the owners could invest slightly more in guest comfort. The access is up some steep spiral steps, and the door lock was quite stiff - just one deadlock and no latch. Check-in at 4pm and check-out at 10am seems a bit ungenerous and my request to drop bags a bit earlier was declined, although I used the parking opposite so kept my bags in the car.
