Fully equipped, has everything you need.
Very nicely decorated.
3 ACs - one in each room.
Nets against flies and mosquitos on every window and door.
Small details like complimentary bottles of water in the fridge, coffee and tea available, and washing machine capsules showed us just how much the host cares for her guests.
Big fridge, extra linens.
A bunch of shops around - the apartment is right in the center of Katerini and everything is very close, incl. the city's park (which is not that spectacular itself, but a nice quick walk after dinner).
Sun shade on the balcony adjacent to the master bedroom on the second floor.
At times it was a bit hard to get a parking spot, but nothing too dramatic - you just need to drive around a little bit and you get one.
The stairs between floors are lovely, but might be a challenge if you have a little one with you or you wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom downstairs (or the fridge 😁).
