The shower was good with excellent pressure. The beds were comfortable and location ideal.
The videos provided were a novel solution to provide clarity on the location of the keybox and the entry/exit process.
The check in process was difficult. The instructions said there would be an email link for 'mandatory' information which never came through. There was also a treasure hunt for the key which was located in a lock box on a separate street. No human replied to me on booking.com, it was all automated information. When we located the key we were given the wrong code for the box but were told 'it will work' before the correct code came through 10min later.

Close to Lord’s cricket ground, which was the reason for our visit.

The location close to Little Venice St John’s Wood Regents Park and Paddington was excellent. We were allowed to check in earlier which was helpful and able to park on road for weekend
The treasure hunt check in process was bizarre and details given very last minute only when prompted. Air conditioning units in both bedrooms required you to put the extractor out of an open window and is noisy so had to switch off for sleep
