This is a comfortable, thoughtfully furnished studio apartment in the heart of Brighton.

Location was excellent for our stay. The room was large, clean, bright and airy with a nice courtyard and well kept facilities.
A minor gripe but the bathroom door didn't shut completely.

Beautiful studio, great location (I can recommend love fit cafe opposite for breakfast). Bed was really comfortable, shower perfect pressure, Charlotte and Ian were on hand quickly when I managed to lock myself out.
Duvet was super warm!

Location was great. Close to transport. Easy check in. Flat is spacious. We got an hour longer late check out.
Not the cleanest. Coffee was mouldy. Flat was damp. Our towels never drived and they smelled badly. People walking by the back window felt exposing. Not good value for £200 per night.
