Two additional king guest rooms ensure everyone sleeps in style, with a third full bathroom nearby. If work calls, there's even a cozy desk nook for added convenience. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Pool heat is $150/night + tax, available upon request with at least 24-hour notice. Minimum 3 consecutive nights; must be booked for the entire stay. - Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May 1 - October 1). - The BBQ igniter is not functional and must be lit using a long lighter. Detailed instructions can be found in the guest manual. - Per the City of Palm Springs all reservations must complete a Virtual Check-In and sign a Vacation Rental Rules Acknowledgment form before arrival. Parking Details: - A maximum of 4 cars can be parked onsite. 1 car can be parked in the garage, and 4 cars can be parked in the driveway. - Some street parking is available. Please avoid parking in front of neighboring properties. - Unfortunately, there is no charger for electric vehicles. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Please keep outdoor conversations and activities at a low volume to avoid disturbing neighbors. - Noise & Music: Outdoor music, speakers, TVs, and amplified sound are strictly prohibited at all times. Indoor music must not be audible outside the property. - Pool Use: Keep noise and pool activities at a reasonable level. Excessive shouting or disturbances are prohibited. - Minimum Age: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide a valid government-issued ID. - Pets: Dogs must be leashed when outside the property. Please clean up after pets and prevent excessive barking. - Trash & Recycling: Keep trash in designated containers and out of public view. Follow scheduled collection guidelines. - Guest Responsibility: The primary renter is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with local regulations. - Important: Violations may result in fines starting at $500, citations, or immediate eviction.
