If an alarm chirps every 30 seconds, the detector may need new batteries or replacement. In case of heavy smoke or fire, call 911 immediately. Excessive shouting or disturbances are prohibited. - Minimum Age: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide a valid government-issued ID. - Trash & Recycling: Keep trash in designated containers and out of public view. Follow scheduled collection guidelines. - Guest Responsibility: The primary renter is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with local regulations. - Important: Violations may result in fines starting at $500, citations, or immediate eviction. --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
