Very nice, comfortable and CLEAN!
Staff is friendly and helpful. I have stayed in family room, the bedroom is pretty quite as there are two doors to prevent sound from the road, but in the living area you can still hear some noise from the road. There are two toilets separate from shower room which is nice when someone is showering, you can still have two toilets to use. However, one bathroom has a bit of a smell (from the pipe, i think). If this could be fixed, this all would be perfect!
Would be nice to add coffee/tea and kettle in the room too.

The hotel is clean and breakfast is good.
The charge for key-card loss (THB500) is too expensive while the other hotels don’t charge.

Overall is ok. But I ask tax invoice from receptionist but she told me can not issue it because i paid via hotels.com.
