Host ghosted us and never received check in information - Vrbo gave us our money back but the fact that we had no place to stay upon arrival to our destination was not ideal.

Property manager never contacted us at all after numerous attempts to get a hold of them. We went right to the building and tried to buzz in and phone manager with no luck. Ended up having to stay in a motel. Ruined our weekend!I will be filing fraudulent charges through my credit card in hopes to get my money back
