Perfect beach vacation home! We visited for the 4th of July with our family and dog. The location is great, just a few blocks to shopping, restaurants, and the regular people beach as well as the dog beach. Our dog loved walking everywhere and playing on the beach. We were always able to find street parking but the dedicated parking stall was great if we needed it! The highlight was the front yard. We could sit outside and enjoy breakfast or dinner while our dog got to play. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it for families and pets!

It’s a clean place with easy access, and we felt very safe during our stay. The kitchen, bathroom, and linens were all in good shape and well maintained. Overall, the space itself was comfortable and as described. There is also laundry on the premises, which was convenient, though I was a bit surprised to find that it required an additional fee, as that hasn’t been my experience with previous rentals in the area.One thing future guests should be aware of is that parking was a bit more challenging than we anticipated. We intentionally rented a compact car based on the listing description, knowing the space would be tight. The parking spot itself was manageable, but the narrow alley leading to the garage made maneuvering into the space a little difficult, especially when a larger SUV was parked directly across from the garage. Guests should be prepared for a very tight fit and allow a little extra time when parking. It may also be helpful for the host to provide clearer directions or photos showing how to access the alley, particularly for guests arriving late at night. We arrived around 2 a.m. and found it somewhat difficult to locate and navigate initially.Also worth noting, the property appears to sit under an active flight path, so there was more overhead airplane noise than we expected. This may not bother everyone, but it’s something future guests may appreciate knowing in advance.
