Apartment was in a great location, close to lots of local amenities and the train station. Very comfortable and beautifully appointed. Clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a weekend break. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and im sure we’ll be back.

Very easy to collect keys - Close to the station and main town. Has everything you need to make stay comfortable. Instructions on the welcome back were very clear.
Nothing I did not like but the floor in the toilet was slippy with or without socks on. It was dry.

Nice self contained studio flat with even a washing machine and washing powder. Great to be able to walk into city centre although they need to give you a better description on how to walk there. There is a shortcut through to Mickelgate which I would have liked them to inform me about (I figured it out myself)
They need to be clearer about the address on Booking.com
You can hear neighbours on top of you walking. When neighbours put their washing machine on the whole studio is vibrating. A bit complicated with the key box process, should be modernised.
