Awful experience. Not worth it.

The beach, not the stay though.

During the booking: Even after transferring the amount for the reservation, the team did not provide the confirmation details even after multiple follow ups. Ignored messages and calls. Seemed like a scam. The stay: their WiFi didn’t work, tv didn’t work, there was leakage from the AC, bathrooms didn’t flush properly, and had bugs. Floor was slippery, making it dangerous for the kids and the elderly. Wish I could upload videos instead of pictures. On the day of arrival, they started asking for a 15k deposit. They said they will return it after the checkout. It’s been 5 days and I haven’t received the deposit yet. And now they are saying they will take additional 4 days to process it.

The property was located right across the beach. The beautifully done villa and the amazing staff made the stay memorable. There are many beautiful cafes near by. The Ashwem beach, if you walk towards left after approaching the beach area is beautiful. We went during monsoons, so early morning the beach was empty and clean. Mr. Sujoy the manager was extremely courteous and hospitable. He went an extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We went with our parents and it was a wonderful time together. Highly recommend for families.
