We spent 02 nights at this villa and it was a great stay. Sun land is a brand new villa with 03 rooms and all other facilities. The owners were very helpful in whatever the way they could help us.
We also liked the location of the villa as it was just a minutes away from the hikkaduwa beach and access to all kinds of dinning spots from simple take away shops to star class hotels.
We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for value for money in hikkaduwa area.
