I've being scammed with the bad host/property owner

None

I'VE BEEN SCAMMED. I've cannot check in and cannot stay at RELAXHOMESTAY51 as I already booked and confirmed & paid via booking.com in 5 September 2025. The host/property owner call/WhatsApp me to cancel the reservation on the date of check in i.e. 13 September 2025 @ 12.46 pm due to the unit I've booked via Booking.Com has already taken by the one of her walk in guest. Trying to get explanation has got no avail as she keep blame the she cannot opened her booking.com apps or there was a problem with her booking.com system she cannot traced or know who had already booked her property, despite she gave the unit booked by me to someone else who walk-in booked through herself. After I try to get further details from the host/property owner didn't reply any of my message until today 15 September 2025. The booking.com shall blacklist the host/property owner from advertise and offer her property through yoursite aw she is a scammer who intentionally cancelled the guest booking on the date of check in. Very very bad host. She only promised me to refund the amount already paid for the booking after booking.com.paid her the amount which I'm still in doubtful.
