The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby is beautiful and the river is nearby and soothing to listen to. Breakfast was a delicious buffet with so much food. They even let us leave our luggage while we visited Machu Picchu. A great place to stay!

Really great place. Very well situated and the staff are very friendly. Rooms are a little dated but they’re cleaned very well and maintaed properly.

Delicious breakfast, very nice staff and always helpful and open for questions, in proximity to little but very delicious restaurants, laundry option available, electrical radiator option for nights when it gets cold, not too touristic in this area but in walking distance to the main plaza, very good price-benefit ratio
Sometimes a bit loud when people walk over the stairs when leaving to early tours

With how affordable the hotel was, it delivered above and beyond. The breakfast was great, bed was big and comfy, and wifi connection was fast and reliable. I highly recommend it.
