La terraza y ubicación

El apartamento está un poco deteriorado. Muebles, pintura de paredes.Repetiría

Our stay at the apartment was very comfortable. The apartment was clean and spacious, the kitchen was big enough to accommodate meal preps and storage, and the all the appliances worked smoothly. Bedroom was large enough to spread out and store our belongings, great closet space! The location was great--short walking distance to metro, stores, restaurants. And that terrace!! so sorry it wasn't enjoyed more--but we had a cold, rainy stay in Madrid.

The biggest problem we had was in the bathroom. While spacious, the shower leaks water to the outside, onto the floors. Enormous amounts of water. We called the hosting facility and they send someone to look it over, but even after the fix, it still leaked. Wet marble floors are quite slippery and they present a very real safety hazard. I spent the whole trip wringing out towels that were used to dry up the wet floors--every day, after every shower. Also, if you are renting an auto, be aware that the parking in the area is quite expensive. Street parking is virtually non-existent.

Piso impecable. Muy bien situado. Perfectamente equipado, terraza espectacular y buenas vistas.
