8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026

The accommodation was comfortable and well-equipped. The location was perfect for what we had to do in Leamington Spa. Although on a busy main road we could hear no traffic in the accommodation.

After our stay in August we pointed out that access to the key safe was difficult. On our return to the same room in October we were surprised that this had not been addressed but we were able to gain access eventually. Access to the television and wi-fi were intermittent.

Very comfy and clean , little touches that were nice.

I didn’t receive the address before arrival, which made it confusing because the name of the property isn’t what is written on the building . Apparently, according to a neighbour it’s a frequent problem. I was sent the wrong code ti collect the keys.
