The cleanliness of the whole home.

La propreté, l’appartement est très fonctionnel, le rapport qualité-prix

Rien

The location and whole house was great.

The dishwasher and utensils were dirty to use. The owner came and refilled the trash bags without telling us. It was so awkward to see him. Luckily we were not at home but didn’t like seeing him coming out from the house while we were out during the staying.

Plenty of space for my family. TV with streaming services provided was a great bonus. Nice big refrigerator and kitchen with utensils. Multiple showers.

Some things in disrepair, like a loose toilet seat and a broken fan. The house was very warm when we arrived, and the air conditioning is extremely slow so that it did not cool to a reasonable temperature for sleeping for the entire night. The second night was much better after the air conditioning had time to catch up. We had some trouble getting the door code to enter the property. They tried to text it to us, but I didn't have a phone number on booking.com yet and so the text never came. Ideally they'd have a way to detect this. The pillow situation was bad. Really uncomfortable synthetic pillowcases, low quality pillows and not enough of them. We ended up buying some cheap pillows at the store which were a major upgrade.
