UNLTD Hotel Siargao

We booked this hotel for two weeks with our family, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay! The service exceeded our expectations, and the management team was exceptionally professional, welcoming, and kind. The cleanliness was a perfect 10/10, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. What truly made our experience special, however, was the attention to the little details that made us feel so welcome. From the popcorn treats for our children in the evenings to the excellent recommendations for restaurants, cafés, and organized trips, everything was thoughtfully taken care of. They even arranged a scooter rental and had it delivered right to the hotel entrance, making everything so easy and convenient. The location was also fantastic—close to everything while still being quiet and peaceful. All the best places on the island were just a short drive away, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything the area has to offer. It’s these personal touches, genuine hospitality, outstanding service, and wonderful location that make this place stand out. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning on our next trip! Thank you for everything — you made our family stay truly memorable!

Great location in Siargao with excellent service. The management is extremely helpful and always responds quickly through WhatsApp, which made everything very easy. The place is very clean, welcoming, and well looked after, with daily cleaning provided. We also really appreciated the thoughtful extras, such as the complimentary beach towels and even a beach bag to use. There are lots of small touches throughout the property that show the owners really care about their guests’ experience. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

Nestled in seclusion, surrounded by nature's lush greenery away from the hustle and bustle of General Luna night life. The staffs were very responsive and accommodating. Very luxury and soft comforter bedding set.

We are a group of 3 stayed there for 5 nights. The owner is also the receptionist/cashier/tour coordinator/chef/gardener .The room is bare-bones only has a shower gel and shampoo, so if you need hand soap, kettle for hot water, slippers, hot water for shower, new towels, change of bed sheets etc. let him know ahead of time and be specific, in the quantity, i asked for slippers he only gave me one set. He does have 4 or 5 other employees they do assist him in gardening , tour activities , housekeeping and laundry ( which they wash them in the back of the hotel in a little wooden shack by hand and hang dry on the clothesline so the towels are always moist not very dry). We did a 4-attractions land tour and in the group there were 3 girls who were habitually late returning to the van after each attraction. At the last attraction the rest of the group waited for them for little over 2 hours in the van. When I voice my concern to the tour guide he just snickered with the girls and say nothing. At the hotel the owner told me there is nothing they can do to control other guests. The owner offers his own home cooking (also in the back of the hotel in a wooden shack) for breakfast to guests at 400 peso per head but we politely declined. No tv in the room btw and wifi is weak when we were using 2 phones and an Ipad. Be aware of insects , my friend got bitten on her left arm when she was sleeping ,
