It was a nice quaint cottage, clean and well appointed with a well stocked kitchen and AC for the hot days. We could walk to beach, restaurants and stores. The few draw backs were that there was no parking on the property for us. We had to drop off our things and elder father then park car around the corner. The parking area was next to a marsh that would get flooded in some areas from evening high tide. There was no closet or luggage rack in the rooms for storage. Otherwise great location stay in order to visit Main lighthouses, Salem and Boston.

Such a beautiful little place. We played at Bernie's and needed a place to sleep before the trek back to work at 6am- but wish we had been able to stay longer! Will definitely go back

We had a wonderful stay at this Hampton Beach rental! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and everything Hampton Beach has to offer. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had all the amenities and essentials we needed for a relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
