Very helpful staff and lovely room. Good evening meal and breakfast. All in a great place to stay in Bakewell.

You cannot reserve a carpark place but we had no problem getting one whenever we returned after a day out. Room was great and even had a fan supplied for this hot spell food menu was good and our meals were great. Perfect base for visiting local area and lovely town and river walks for evening strolls.

This is a lovely pub and the food was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but basic. The bed had crisp white sheets on and was comfy. I’d use it again for a one night stop over.

Great stay, lovely room
A late checkout would be an improvement.
