Iron, blow dryer, the things in the kitchen I used worked well. Bed was comfortable, support to check-in / check-out was super clear and timely
Didn’t love the location, the apartment could use a deep clean, a bit noisy at night, shower temperature was inconsistent

Great location, room was v clean and comfortable and had everything I needed
Not anything important but when you come into the building it looks a little tired, which is a disservice to how great the room is

The location was perfect, the room reasonably quiet and the bed was comfortable.
The bed was not made and no towels were provided on arrival, you cant see the TV from the bed, the room had not been dusted very well and there was a coffee machine, but no supply of pods etc.
