We stayed here for a concert at the Utilita and it was the perfect location, literally just across the road. Parking was secure and right at the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed, basically a home away from home! Only stayed for 1 night but would have been perfect for longer stays too. We liked that there are 2 double bedrooms. Meaning our teen girls got their own room. Rather than us all being in the same room. We had so much space, and didn’t feel on top of each other. Very easy to access with the codes. Host was amazing at communication before our stay and helped with earlier check in. Nice touch giving WiFi access. Fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine and a full sized fridge/freezer. Will definitely book again if we have an event at the arena. Easy to get to the bullring for shopping. Thank you to the hosts.

Location as was going to utilita arena, less than 5 min walk. Excellent value for money. Sleeps up to 6 people. Very clean. Lovely little touches around the place. Loved the be our guest sign! Lovely to have access to a kitchen with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and even a washing machine! Loved it so much went to book for Oct when I'm back seeing a show but sadly already booked out that night. Felt very safe and really quiet considering we are in the centre of Birmingham!
Only small small improvements of draining rack in kitchen and chair by table in room. Maybe some shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom but apart from that our stay was perfect, thank you!

The location was perfect. Just around the corner from the arena. There were plenty of places to eat and drink.
The owner was also really helpful and easy to contact and welcoming. The free secure parking was also a great added bonus and an iron was handy too.
The apartment needed a bit of attention. The bath and shower had a lot of mould and mildew which could easily have been sorted. The bedroom had a dressing table with mirror with a light but the light wasn’t connected to anything. The stool was in the wardrobe but had a leg missing. There were quite a lot of damp patches in the living area/kitchen too
