Beautiful location, very clean, well stocked kitchen

Misleading description on booking.com. The advert clearly stated hot tub included. When we got here , the hot tub was full of dirty water , not switched on , when I contacted the owner, he then said the hot tub was an added extra for £100. I was in the wrong for believing it was included , if I was to look into the terms and conditions on booking.com I would have found it there and apparently it’s up to booking.com how they advertise the property! He was willing to send out a technician to clean the hot tub and set it up, but the next day (our stay was Sunday 4pm until Wednesday 10am) 4-6 hours for it to heat up so only 1 full days use for the price of £100. We declined . I can’t fault the property itself but very disheartening when the children were looking forward to this feature and one of the main features why we booked here .

Lovely, comfortable, quiet, large accommodation with room for 6+ (double and 2 X twin rooms). Lots of space. In the countryside, but actually not far from main road through the valley. Beautiful view of the valley from the benches outside and narrow oak lined roads up the place. Small playground with swings and trampoline and plenty of space to run around. There are 2 other similar sized accommodations. There is a shared hot tub for 2 of them and one for the other slightly larger one, though we didn't use it. Both with good views. Fully equipped kitchen with a full range of recycling bins.. Comfortable living room.

It felt very warm at night (even though it wasn't warm outside) and we were not sure how to control the temperature so we had to open the windows. Could do with an extra couple of loo rolls for a few night stay.

Sparkling clean everywhere, good location, great views from the property and the hottub itself. Perfect if you want home from home. Very good value for money.

Dripping tap in kitchen, extra £100 for the hottub (would prefer if this was included in overall price)
