This is a large villa located within walking distance to Cala Mazzo di Sciacca a Scopello, a beautiful swimming beach. The national part Zingaro and the main town (vibrant at night) was a short drive away. We loved the layout, ammenties (washing machine, dishwasher, big frige) and large living spaces for our family of 8. Beds were comfortable. Every bedroom and indoor living space had ac. We stayed over the heatwave and were a cool during the day. There was ample parking for the 2 cars. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The outdoor pool was out of action. It was a plastic pool and likely suffered during the heat. The staff came everyday to try and fix. Unfournately it couldn't be corrected.

We were in Scopello for a wedding and needed a place close to the Tonnara for our family of 4. This villa exceeded our expectations and the staff was excellent. They were there to greet us at check in and explain a few things. They answered any questions we had during our stay promptly. This property offered us exceptional value. We would definitely stay here again.

Good sized house and well located to access two lovely beaches, the centre of Scopello, and Castellamare del Golfo. Good air conditioning.
Some of the fixtures, furniture, and fittings were very worn out and dirty. Lots of ants in the kitchen.
