The cosy feel of being in a cottage. The beds were very comfortable and the cottage just had an overall lovely feel.
Not a lot to dislike. There were a few cobwebs and spiders that we had to take care of upon our arrival. But other than that, that was all.

Loved this cottage. Flexible arrival time (we were very late due to a family commitment!), beautiful interior, good location (try the local butcher!), well-stocked kitchen, nice garden, all in good order.
Local shop was about one minute's walk away, if you dawdled.
The team managing the cottage were excellent - very quick to respond to queries and very helpful in knowing and trumpeting the local area. Made the stay even better!
It was very warm and we could only find one fan, which was a shame. Because of the nature of the 'loft' bed, that was particularly warm (we went during what was effectively a heat wave - I'm sure it's better normally!).
The TV was a bit prone to buffering, which was faffy.
But generally, a wonderful stay!

Fireplace is cosy. Bedroom was nice and comfortable.
Internet was bad and couldn’t connect to TV. Hot water ran out regularly. Lots of white dog hair everywhere regardless of how many times I cleaned it. Oven only worked on one side.
