Excellent location to old quarter lake view and very quiet and comfortable apartment with very comfortable mattress bath shower. AC was working perfectly and a very cool retreat when needed. All staff were wonderful with good English very helpful with all my questions. Heeee!!!
Very clean tidy rooms excellent and the roof top terrace has great sunrise and view of Hanoi.

(This is an authentic review, not written by AI or paid) While slightly removed from the main tourist hubs of Hanoi, this is a great hotel, with wonderful service, clean rooms, and beautiful views of the lake! I really enjoyed my stay, and it was a great value. Highly recommend!
If you want to be right next to the Old Quarter, then this place might unfortunately be inconvenient (Grab drives take about 20 minutes ish, depending on traffic). But I personally prioritized a quiet neighborhood, so I am glad I chose this place.

The room was nice and clean. Very big. Nice and quiet location yet still near Old Quarter.
