Cleanliness
Young male neighbours didn’t clear out their laundry- maybe a sign saying to collect on finishing ! We waited two days for a window to wash in - maybe another machine or two ?

Location was in walking distance of anything needed.
Shared washing machine is not working correctly not filling for rinsing and needs power off to reset. Have to wash twice, second time to rinse. Invoicing: did not meet expectations, still outstanding, waiting on compliant tax invoice. Invoices supplied to not comply with Australian laws on GST.
